The Tourism Quality Charter

Issued by the State, the Quality Tourism mark is a guarantee of high quality in terms of reception and service of stay.

Authentic surf school and its entire team guarantee an excellent welcome to their customers. We proudly display the mark that has been awarded to us since 2018: the Quality Tourism mark.

The Quality Tourism Mark has been awarded to us because we meet several criteria:

  • tourism professionals for the quality of our welcome and our services, as part of an approach of help, voluntary, and commitment.
  • the State (the sub-directorate for tourism, the General Directorate for Enterprise of the Ministry of Economy and Finance), thanks to the involvement of its many private and institutional partners.

To obtain the Quality Tourism Mark, a candidate establishment must subscribe to the values ​​of the Mark and commit to:

  • A warm welcome: our mission is that you have a great holiday. Your welcome, our job. Surf lessons, our passion.
  • Attentive staff: 16+ years of experience
  • Proficiency in foreign languages ​​(English, German, Italian, Spanish, Arabic)
  • Personalized services: surf lessons for all ages, all levels, all audiences (Handisurf)
  • Clear and precise information: Reception, communication on all media.
  • Cleanliness and comfort guaranteed: the surf hut and the facilities at Les Casernes beach
  • Discovering a destination: Seignosse, the Landes
  • Taking into account your opinion: questioning via your opinions, trip advisor, paper questionnaires, digitized…
  • Implement a customer service: complaint handling, satisfaction questionnaire, reputation analysis…
  • Be audited on the basis of national standards: between 250 and 600 evaluation criteria by an external and independent firm at a regular frequency 5 years.
  • Achieving a high level of performance on this mystery shopper audit: minimum score of 85% required, and we got 94%.
